1. ลักษณะบริการ
Lens TaThip ให้ การประเมินเบื้องต้นจากภาพถ่าย เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจเท่านั้น ผลวิเคราะห์ ไม่ใช่ใบรับรองความแท้ ไม่ใช่การประเมินราคาอย่างเป็นทางการ และไม่ใช่คำแนะนำในการซื้อขาย
2. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้
- ผู้ใช้รับผิดชอบการตัดสินใจเช่าบูชา ซื้อ หรือขายพระเครื่องด้วยตนเอง ควรให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจองค์จริงก่อนทำธุรกรรมที่มีมูลค่าสูง
- ห้ามนำผลวิเคราะห์ไปอ้างเป็นใบรับรอง หรือใช้หลอกลวงผู้อื่น
3. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
AI อาจให้ผลที่ผิดพลาด ไม่ครบถ้วน หรือไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน ผู้ให้บริการไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการนำผลวิเคราะห์ไปใช้ ในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
4. การเปลี่ยนแปลง
เราอาจปรับปรุงบริการและข้อกำหนดนี้ได้ โดยจะแสดงวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดไว้ที่ด้านบนของหน้า
แพ็กเกจพรีเมียม
- พรีเมียมคิดค่าบริการรายเดือนตามราคาที่แสดงในหน้าบัญชีของฉัน ชำระด้วยการโอนผ่าน PromptPay และแนบสลิป ไม่มีการตัดเงินอัตโนมัติ
- สิทธิ์พรีเมียมเริ่มเมื่อผู้ดูแลตรวจสอบสลิปแล้ว และมีอายุ 1 เดือนนับจากวันที่อนุมัติ ถ้าต่ออายุก่อนหมด วันที่เพิ่มจะต่อจากวันหมดอายุเดิม
- "ส่องได้ไม่จำกัด" อยู่ภายใต้การใช้งานปกติตามจำนวนที่ระบุในหน้าแพ็กเกจ เพื่อป้องกันการใช้งานอัตโนมัติ เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ใช้งานผิดปกติ
- ผลการส่องพระยังคงเป็นการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นด้วย AI ไม่ใช่ใบรับรองพระแท้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแพ็กเกจใด

1. Nature of the service
Lens TaThip provides a preliminary assessment from photos to support your decision-making only. Analysis results are not an authenticity certificate, are not an official valuation, and are not advice on buying or selling.
2. User responsibilities
- Users are responsible for their own decisions to acquire for worship, buy or sell amulets. You should have an expert examine the actual piece before any high-value transaction.
- You must not present analysis results as a certificate or use them to deceive others.
3. Limitation of liability
The AI may produce results that are incorrect, incomplete or out of date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for any damage arising from the use of analysis results.
4. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. The date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of this page.
Premium plan
- Premium is charged monthly at the price shown on the My Account page, paid by PromptPay transfer with the slip attached. There are no automatic charges.
- Premium entitlement starts once an administrator has verified the slip, and lasts 1 month from the approval date. If you renew before it expires, the added time is extended from the original expiry date.
- "Unlimited scans" is subject to normal use within the limits stated on the plans page, to prevent automated use. We may suspend accounts with abnormal usage.
- Amulet scan results remain a preliminary AI screening, not an authenticity certificate, regardless of the plan.
