Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

We are designed to collect as little of your data as necessary. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use Lens TaThip.

1. Scanned images

2. Photos and results kept to improve the AI

To make model identification and checks more accurate, we keep a copy of every amulet photo you scan and its analysis, anonymously. It is not linked to your name, email, account or IP address. Photos are re-saved with hidden file metadata (such as GPS location and camera model) removed. If you pick the correct model for a re-check, the model you picked is kept with that photo.

This data is used internally only: to measure accuracy, to let our experts record the correct answer, and to improve the system. It is never published, sold or passed to anyone else. To opt out, tick "Don't use this photo" under the scan button before scanning. To have a kept photo deleted, send us the Photo ID shown at the end of the report.

3. My amulet cabinet

Items in your amulet cabinet are stored only in your browser. They are not yet synced across devices, even if you are a member.

4. Member accounts (Google)

4.1 Premium members

If you subscribe to Premium, we keep the transfer slip image, amount, date and verification result to confirm payment and as accounting evidence. The system sends the slip image to a slip-verification provider (EasySlip) to confirm the transaction with the bank. Slip images are re-saved with hidden file metadata removed and can be viewed only by system administrators. We do not receive or store your bank account or card details other than what appears on the slip.

5. Technical data and cookies

The web server may log standard access data (IP address, time, requested page, user-agent) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

We use only cookies that are necessary for the service to work: a cookie that counts a device's free daily scans (randomly generated, not tied to your identity) and a member sign-in cookie (expires after 30 days or when you sign out).

6. Your rights

You have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). Photos kept to improve the AI are not linked to you; you can have one deleted using the Photo ID at the end of its report (see section 2). Members can delete entries in their history (including images) themselves on the My Account page, and can request to access, correct or delete all of their account data in accordance with their rights under the PDPA.
